Online Shipping Policy

*Please note that, due to ongoing unrest in the Middle-East, our couriers have introduced shipping surcharges. As a result, shipping costs may vary.

England & Wales

Online carriage for England and Wales is charged at £9.50 per £250 spend, and is non-refundable.

Scotland

Online carriage for mainland Scotland is charged at £9.50 per £250 spend, and is non-refundable. Shipping to The Highlands and Scottish Isles is charged at £15 per £250 spend, and is non-refundable.

Northern Ireland (UKIMS*)

Online carriage for Northern Ireland is charged at £15.00 per £250 spend, and is non-refundable. *Karina Krafts Ltd. is authorised under the U.K. Internal Market Scheme (UKIMS) and holds a valid UKIMS number. This allows us to ship goods from Great Britain to Northern Ireland with confirmation that they are not at risk of entering the EU, helping to avoid unnecessary customs duties for our customers.

British Isles

Online carriage for Isle of Wight, Guernsey, and other British isles is charged at £15.00 per £250 spend, and is non-refundable.

Europe

Online carriage to Europe is free, but only eligible for orders over £400 GBP. Shipping may take up to 10-15 working days or longer depending on courier issues out of our control. You must be VAT registered to proceed with an international order; a VAT surcharge is applicable if you are not VAT registered in your country / region. Before an order is shipped, please provide your VAT and/or EORI number. You are fully responsible for any import charges and duties.

Collection Policy

Collection Available from Karina Krafts

We offer a free collection service from our warehouse here in South Wales. You may select "Pickup" during the checkout process. Plain orders, subject to stock, can be collected as early as next day; printed order times may vary depending on the time of year. We will contact you when your order is ready to collect. We have dedicated, customer parking spaces; but please be mindful that this is a working warehouse environment, with moving vehicles, equipment, and ongoing operations. Orders should be checked at the point of collection, as discrepancies cannot always be rectified once goods have left the premises. Our team may assist with loading; however, customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is suitable and safely loaded before departure.

Printing Policy

Our Printing Facilities

Our facilities enable us to print your company logo using hot foil; in some cases, a logo deboss or a clear, "invisible" foil. A vast selection of printing foil colours and finishes are available from stock. If you require a bespoke foil colour or finish, and we are able to supply it, we charge £50 per master: 122 metres long, up to 60mm wide depending on the supplier.

How to Order a New Printing Block/Die

If you're looking to get your goods printed, we need to get your block made up from scratch. First, you must send your artwork to us as a high-definition PDF; this format allows us to scale the size up and down without quality loss. Once we have a proof ready from the block/die manufacturers, we will allow you to check everything is correct before we get the block/die made. It is your responsibility to advise us of corrections and errors in writing. Our printing block charges are as follows: 1 block/die = £40. 2 blocks/dies = £80. A full set of 3 blocks/dies = £100.

Ownership of Printing Blocks / Dies

Karina Krafts makes a part charge towards the production of printing blocks/dies, and therefore they remain the property of Karina Krafts Ltd. Once the printing block/die has been sent to us, we can start printing your order. Please note: we will hold your printing block/die(s) for a period of 5 years; if unused within this time, your block/die(s) will be re-purposed, unless you advise us otherwise.

Which Printing Block / Die Should We Use?

You may have a variety of block/die sizes and designs. It is imperative that you please advise us, when ordering, which block/die size you would like us to use for each product. It is best practice to send us an image, if possible, of a previous order so that we have a reference. If we are unable to get a reference from you, our printers will use their judgement on the appropriate size of print for each product.

Quality Assurance

Our printing team takes great pride in delivering high-quality print results. While we make every effort to achieve the best possible finish, we cannot guarantee absolute perfection—particularly on more challenging substrates, such as leatherette or faux suede, or using blocks/dies with intricate detailing. Our process features hand-operated and semi-automatic printing techniques, but is largely human-driven, therefore the result may not be 100% perfect when put under a microscope.

Refund & Returns Policy

28-Day Confidence Guarantee

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to collect it for a full refund or exchange within 28 days of the invoice date. We cannot accept any returns after this time period. Returns must be in the original packaging to be accepted.

Returning Printed Orders

Printed orders, unless faulty or plainly incorrect, cannot be returned and are non-refundable.

Clearance Returns

Clearance items, unless faulty or plainly incorrect, cannot be returned and are non-refundable.

Shipping Refunds

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Pricing

All website orders are to be paid upfront in full, including extra printing services, shipping and VAT—we accept payments by debit/credit cards (excluding American Express), and other payment methods, such as Apple Pay, Shop, etc. Phone or email orders can be made using a debit/credit card; or by an approved 30-day account. Credit accounts are at the discretion of Karina Krafts Ltd. and are subject to credit checks and multiple advanced payment orders in good standing. If a credit account is not cleared within 30 days, the credit account will be cancelled and will return to advance payments.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to amend or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limitations.

Property & Risk

All goods supplied remain the property of Karina Krafts Ltd, until the customer has paid the agreed price in full.
