Do you offer custom printing?

Absolutely! Karina Krafts offers a Bespoke Design Service where we can design and create professional packaging completely tailor-made to your request.

Our facilities enable us to emboss your company logo using a metal printing die. A selection of different coloured printing foils are available from stock.

A proof is provided for your approval. Once approved, the printing die is made and under normal conditions the work is completed and shipped within 7 days.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to collect it for a full refund or exchange within 28 days of the invoice date. We cannot accept any returns after 28 days.

Returns will only be accepted in its original packaging.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

What are your carriage (shipping) charges?

Carriage is charged at £7.50 per £250 spend.

What is your minimum order?

We have NO minimum order value.

Can my order be sent to an alternative address?

Yes, we will deliver to an alternative address providing the order value is less than £100. Please note: any order above £100 will only be sent to the registered address of the cardholder. ALL packages must be signed for.

What are your opening hours?

We are open to trade customers between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Thursday / between 8.30am and 2.00pm on Friday. 

We are closed on Bank Holidays.
