Do you offer custom printing?

Absolutely! Our facilities enable us to print your company logo using hot foil. A vast selection of different coloured printing foils are available from stock. Here is what we charge for printing (per item)*:

  • £0.15 per inside print
  • £0.20 per outside print
  • £0.30 per inside AND outside print

* 100 prints minimum! For anything less than 100 prints across a single order, we charge a set-up fee of £15 on that specific order, and each order thereafter if the print count is less than 100.

Getting Your Printing Block

If you're looking to get your goods printed, we need to get your block made up from scratch. After your artwork has been provided (and sent back to you for your final approval), the printing die is made and under normal conditions the work is completed and shipped within 7 days. We can then start printing your boxes / cases / bags / pouches!

What are your carriage (shipping) charges?

Carriage is charged at £7.50 per £250 spend, and is non-refundable. This carriage charge applies to UK mainland only.

Carriage for Northern Ireland is charged at £18.50 per £250 spend, and is non-refundable.

Carriage to Europe and beyond is unavailable on our website. However, carriage can be arranged. To discuss this in more detail, please email us or call us on +44 1495 815595.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund or exchange within 28 days of the invoice date. We cannot accept any returns after 28 days.

Returns will only be accepted in its original packaging. We are not responsible for your shipping return fee, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. In addition, we are not responsible for the condition in which your goods arrive—this responsibility is down to the courier service used.

What is your minimum order?

We have NO minimum order value.

Do you offer samples?

Yes, we offer samples upon request. Before you’re ready to buy in bulk, you may want to request a product sample. To do this, simply email us at sales@karinakrafts.com so that we can discuss your request in more detail and arrange carriage.

Can my order be sent to an alternative address?

Yes, we will deliver to an alternative address providing the order value is less than £100. Please note: any order above £100 will only be sent to the registered address of the cardholder. ALL packages must be signed for.

What are your opening hours?

We are open to trade customers between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Thursday / between 8.30am and 2.00pm on Friday. 

We are closed on Bank Holidays.
