What are your lead times?

Plain orders, subject to stock availability and product assembly, can be shipped very quickly once payment has been made.

Printed orders, subject to stock availability, currently have a lead time of up to 3 weeks once payment has been made.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund or exchange within 28 days of the invoice date. We cannot accept any returns after 28 days*.

Returns will only be accepted in its original packaging. We are not responsible for your shipping return fee, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. In addition, we are not responsible for the condition in which your goods arrive—this responsibility is down to the courier service used.

We are not able to accept a return for bespoke printed orders that are in good condition; i.e. that do not contain printing defects caused by our team.

PLEASE NOTE: Items are perishable and may deteriorate faster depending on storage conditions—particularly hot-foil printed products or those with glued top pads. Prolonged exposure to the elements can cause items to stick together, or the foil to flake. For this reason, we cannot be held responsible for any printed or unprinted orders left boxed for more than 28 days.

*Clearance items are exempt from this rule. Clearance items can only be returned and refunded if they arrive faulty. Photographic evidence will be required if the case is to proceed.

What are your printing costs?

Here is what we charge for printing (per item)*:

  • £0.17 - £0.22 per inner top pad print (subject to product)
  • £0.22 per outer box lid print
  • £0.22 per protective card sleeve print
  • £0.22 per pouch / Vegan Suedelle Pouchette print
  • £0.22 per Envosleeve print
  • £0.32 per Tote Bag print
  • £0.32 per Twist Handle Paper Gift Bag

Our facilities enable us to print your company logo using hot foil. A vast selection of different coloured printing foils and finishes are available from stock. Please advise us, when ordering, which block size you would like us to use for each product. It is best practice to send us an image, if possible, of a previous order so that we have a reference. If we are unable to get a reference from you, our printers will use their judgement on the appropriate size of print for each product.

Can't find a certain foil colour or finish?

If you need a bespoke foil colour or finish (matt or metallic) and we are able to supply it, we charge £50 per master roll of foil.

How can I get a printing block made?

If you're looking to get your goods printed, we need to get your block made up from scratch. First, you must send your artwork to us as an SVG. file (Scalable Vector Graphic) This format allows us to scale the size up and down without quality loss. Once we have a proof ready from the block manufacturers, we will allow you to check everything is correct before we get the block made. It is your responsibility to advise us of corrections and errors in writing.

Our printing block prices are as follows:

  • 1 block = £40
  • 2 blocks = £80
  • a full set of 3 blocks = £100

Karina Krafts makes only a part charge towards the production of printing blocks, and therefore they remain the property of Karina Krafts Ltd.

Once the printing block has been sent to us, we can start printing your order.

Please note: we will hold your printing block(s) for a period of 5 years; if unused within this time, your block(s) will be re-purposed, unless you advise us otherwise.

What are your carriage (shipping) charges?

Carriage is charged at £8.50 per £250 spend, and is non-refundable. This carriage charge applies to England and Wales only.

Carriage for Scotland is charged at £9.50 per £250 spend, and is non-refundable.

Carriage for Northern Ireland is charged at £15 per £250 spend, and is non-refundable.

Carriage to Europe is free, but only eligible for orders over £400(GBP). Shipping may take up to 10-15 working days or longer depending on courier issues out of our control.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes. Carriage to Europe is free, but only eligible for orders over £400(GBP). Shipping may take up to 10-15 working days or longer depending on courier issues out of our control.

You just be VAT registered to proceed with an international order; a VAT surcharge is applicable if you are not VAT registered in your country / region.

Buy-In-Bulk discounts … How does it work?

Many of our products can be purchased in bulk at a discounted rate. Each product has unique discounted price breaks, which you can add to checkout at a click of a button—the discount will be automatically calculated at checkout. For your convenience, all products with discounted price breaks can be located HERE.

Please note: each line of product (including variants of a single product, such as size and colour) has its own bulk discount rule, meaning no single line of product can be combined with another. In order to activate the bulk discount automatically at checkout, you must meet the required pack quantity associated with each single line of product.

How should I store my product(s)?

Product storage is at your discretion, but we recommend that all paperboard / cardboard boxes are best stored in a cool, dry and dark place; please avoid storing them in direct sunlight for a prolonged period of time. In order to avoid tarnishing, we recommend storing your boxes without the jewellery inside.

Where can I find product dimensions?

You can find all product dimensions on each product’s page.

Just click the Dimensions tab located at the top right corner of the page. Some products include internal, external, and packer dimensions—or a combination thereof.

Please note: While we take care to ensure accurate measurements, slight variations may occur due to supplier differences.

Do you offer samples?

Yes, we offer samples upon request. Before you’re ready to buy in bulk, you may want to request a product sample. To do this, simply email us at sales@karinakrafts.com so that we can discuss your request in more detail and arrange carriage.

Can my order be sent to an alternative address?

Yes, we will deliver to an alternative address providing the order value is less than £100. Please note: any order above £100 will only be sent to the registered address of the cardholder. ALL packages must be signed for.

Our office phones are open for orders between 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday. 

We are closed on Bank Holidays.
