  • What is your Return Policy?

    If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to collect it for a full refund or exchange within 28 days of the invoice date. We cannot accept any returns after this time period.

    Returns must be in the original packaging to be accepted.

    Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Please contact a member of our customer service team to arrange a return.

    All returns are at the discretion of Karina Krafts Ltd – Small collection charges apply.

  • What is your minimum order?

    We have NO minimum order value, however there is a £6.50 plus VAT carriage charge for every £100 nett you spend.

  • What credit or debit cards does Karina Krafts accept?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB and ELV, and you can place orders by Telephone, Fax, E-Mail or Post. You can pay by Credit/Debit card or cheque made payable to Karina Krafts Ltd, alternatively go to our checkout and use our secure Worldpay method of payment.

  • Can my order be sent to an alternative address?

    Yes, we will deliver to an alternative address providing the order value is less than £100. Please note any order above £100 will only be sent to the registered address of the cardholder. ALL packages must be signed for.

  • Do you accept International orders?

    Our website can only accept orders from mainland UK be we do accept International orders (and orders to Northern Ireland) vie email or telephone, please contact us for further infomation.

  • What are your opening hours?

    We are open to Trade customers between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Outside these times by appointment only and we also close on Bank Holidays.
